By downloading, accessing, or using AI Chat NS-5 (“the App”) and related services at aichat.creativestudiostars.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. The service
The App provides a lightweight productivity and motivation coaching chat experience. Replies are generated by automated systems and may be incomplete or incorrect. Do not rely on the App for medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice.
2. Accounts
You may sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must use an email address you control and comply with Google’s terms when signing in.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not abuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt the service or other users.
- Do not use the App to create unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content.
- Fair-use limits may apply to model generation time.
4. Intellectual property
The App name, branding, and software are owned by Creative Studio Stars or its licensors. You retain rights to content you submit; you grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate the service (for example, to generate a reply).
5. Privacy

6. Availability & changes
The App is provided “as is.” Features, models, and limits may change. We may update these Terms; the effective date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Creative Studio Stars is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
