Use this page to request deletion of your AI Chat NS-5 account and associated server-side data.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email from the same Google account email you use to sign in to the App.
2. Use the subject line: AI Chat NS-5 account deletion.
3. Include your Google account email in the message body.

What we delete

• Your registration / account email record on our servers.
• Usage-limit counters tied to that email.
• Any other account-associated server records we hold for operating the App.

What you should delete on your device

• Sign out of the App, or clear the App’s data in Android settings, or uninstall the App.
• Local chat history, projects, and preferences are stored on your device and are removed when you clear app data or uninstall.

Timing

We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days. We may keep limited records if required by law or for security / abuse prevention (for example short-lived server logs).
