This Privacy Policy explains how AI Chat NS-5 collects, uses, and stores information
when you use the mobile application and its related backend at
aichat.creativestudiostars.com.
1. Who we are
The App is provided for personal productivity and motivation coaching.

2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the App, we may process:
- Account information — email address and display name from Google Sign-In, and the sign-in provider name.
- Chat content — text you send to the coach, and images you attach for analysis. This content is transmitted to our servers so a reply can be generated.
- Technical data — approximate time zone offset from your device (to show local times), IP address at registration (server logs / abuse prevention), and basic request metadata needed to operate the service.
- Usage limits — aggregated counters of model-processing time associated with your account email, used only to enforce fair-use limits.
3. Information stored on your device
Chat history, projects, archive, language preference, theme, notification settings,
and similar preferences are stored locally on your device and tied to the signed-in account on that device.
We do not use this on-device history to train a public AI model.
4. How we use information
- To sign you in and keep your in-app history associated with your account on that device.
- To generate coach replies (including optional use of internal coaching material on our servers).
- To create calendar events or process voice input when you choose those features (calendar and speech recognition run with your permission on the device; only resulting text may be sent for coaching).
- To enforce usage limits and keep the service reliable and secure.
- To respond to support requests you send us.
5. AI / automated processing
Coach replies are generated by automated systems on our servers.
Outputs may be imperfect. Do not rely on the App for professional medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice.
Important information should be verified independently.
We do not sell your chat content.
We do not use your conversations to fine-tune a shared public model for other customers.
6. Sharing with third parties
- Google — only as needed for Google Sign-In; Google’s policies also apply.
- Hosting / infrastructure — our server provider processes data as needed to run the backend.
- We do not sell personal data to advertisers.
- We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the service and users from abuse or security threats.
7. Retention
- On device: until you clear app data, uninstall, or delete chats/projects in the App.
- On server: registration email records and usage counters as needed to operate accounts and limits; chat text is processed to generate replies and is not kept as a long-term training dataset.
8. Security
We use HTTPS for communication with our backend and restrict administrative access to the server.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
9. Children
The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country).
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Servers may be located in the European Union or other regions.
By using the App you understand that information may be processed outside your country of residence where permitted by law.
12. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. The effective date above will change when we do.
Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
